Whether you're new to the sport, or continuing on from a past "career," we are sure you will find something that suits your needs, all while allowing you to discover new friends and have a blast!

To begin, view the fall 2013 and spring 2014 Intramural schedule below. Once you find a sport or sports you want to partcipate in, you must first sign up for an IMLeagues.com account, which will only take you seconds to do so.
After clicking on the particular sport you're interested in, you'll find information regarding when the registration begins and ends, the minimum/maximum number of players required to field a team, where games are played, when games are played, format for the sport (league/tournament/both), and much much more!
Having problems, getting signed up, then please contact our office at 563-333-6023, at campusrec@sau.edu, or by stopping by. We are located on the ground floor of the Rogalski Center, in the Campus Recreation/Student Activities Office Suite.
