Description

Competition is a force that drives all individuals to succeed in life and in sport.  Recreation Services offers the complete remedy for that flame of competition in your heart, in Intramural Sports.  Intramural Sports are organized for Ball State students, faculty, staff, and alumni that wish to participate in organized team and individual sports.  With over 15 sport offerings each semester, you can rest assured that there is a sport for you.

All leagues are played on the first class facilities around Ball State's campus.  Our Anthony Field Complex offerers a great venue for softball and Bethel Fields offers a competition space in the shadow of Scheumann Stadium that gets all participants excited.  Sports such as basketball are played in the Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC), on the main floor in prime time.  Other various sports are played in the Field Sports Building, the Indoor Turf, and Ball Gym.

Our easy registration process makes it possible for you to register with ease from your dorm room, on campus, or in our main office (room 201) located within the SRWC.  We are always available for consultation about registration, sport offerings, and any other questions you may have.  You can contact our Graduate Assistant of Competitive Sports, Michael Ingram at mtingram@bsu.edu or by calling (765) 969-6546. Check out more information on our website at bsu.edu/recreation!

We are excited for another year of awesome competition and fun as we dive into the 2014-2015 school year! We hope to see you out at the fields and on the courts this year playing Intramural Sports!
