Our payment portal at UC is a separate website than IM Leagues and we need to manually enter your payment on IM Leagues before it will show on your side. Please allow us 1-2 business days to process your payment. 

We do not invoice or bill your account when you register a team. You are required to go in the Programs section of our Payment Portal and register for the program and then pay. After payment, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to process the payment and mark it on IM Leagues.

Teams are approved for their selected division after two requirements are met. First, you must pay for your team on our payment portal. Second, you must have the player minimums before you can be added (5 players for 5v5 basketball, 7 players for 7v7 soccer, etc.). 

If the division already has the maximum number of teams then you will need to select a different division/day/time that works for your team or email intramural@ucmail.uc.edu to get a refund. 

After your team has won a championship you will be contacted by the Intramural Sports staff to get shirt sizes for each player on your team. After you respond with those sizes your captain will be notified via email that the shirts are ready for pickup at the Campus Recreation Member Services Desk.
