Default – Notifying the Intramural Sports Office your team will not be able to participate by Noon on Game Day.

Any combination of these forfeits or defaults that equal two will result in your team being dropped from that league.

What is the maximum number of participants a team may have on a roster?

The maximum number of participants is limited to twice the amount of players needed on the court / field at a time for that sport. I.E. Basketball requires 5 players on the court, therefore, your roster is limited to 10 participants.  This is to encourage maximum participation!

Every night after your scheduled game the officials and supervisors hold a discussion on what sportsmanship rating your team should be awarded. 5 is the best score and considered outstanding sportsmanship with no incidents and players were cordial with each other and the officials, while a 1 is the lowest and there were several issues associated with the contest such as: ejections, player attitude, inappropriate behavior or stoppage of the game.
