What if my team has to forfeit or can't play one week?

A completed team roster and entry form is the contract a team makes with intramural sports to the effect that the Coordinator of Intramural Sports will schedule the team for competition and the team will be there.  Please honor that contract.

Forfeit = when a team misses the scheduled game without informing the intramural office by 2:00pm of gameday.  Results in a 0 sportsmanship score and $25 fee to be paid to the Campus Rec Office within 2 days of forfeit.

Default = when a team misses the scheduled game but informed the intramural office by 2:00pm of gameday.  Results in a 2 sportsmanship score.  The penalty for 2 defaults in the season is treated like a forfeit in that the team must pay a $25 fee.
