Either in person at the IMA Programs Office (3rd floor, M-F 8:30a-5p) or on imleagues.com.

**If you are updating your roster on imleagues.com, you need to invite the new team members to join your team and they must accept this invitation.

1. Click on the sport you are playing (ex. soccer).

2. Click on the Sport Settings tab (left column)

3. Click on the Captain's Quiz tab (middle of the Sports Setting screen)

4. Complete the quiz.

All Intramural registration MUST be done online at https://reg.recreation.uw.edu/ or at the IMA Programs Office (3rd floor, M-F 8:30a-5p). 

You will not be able to create a team and join a league until you have paid online, and received an access code for imleagues.com.  You must create a team on IM Leagues, click on "pay for team", and enter the access code under "use coupon".
