To register a team, follow these steps.

1)        Click on the University of Toledo home tab.

2)        Then click on the desired sport you wish to register your team to.

3)        Then click on the desired LEAGUE you wish your team to be added to.

4)        Then click on the green plus tab on the top of the page.

5)        Enter your team’s information.

6)        You must agree to all terms before proceeding.

7)        Make sure you add your phone number in with your information.

8)        Then click Submit.

9)        Now your team has a pending registration.

10)     You must pay for your teams entry fee by the deadline in order for your team to be eligible for the league/ tournament.

11)     You must complete this process for all sports and leagues you wish to participate in.

The team captain should be the only person who registers the team.

All payments are made via IMLeagues. The payment must be made before the registration deadline established for each league.

Leagues are $40 per team and Tournaments $25 per team.

In order to become a member of a team, the captain must first activate the team. (see above)Team members who wish to be join an already active team should do the following steps.

1)    Click on the University of Toledo tab

2)    Then click on the sport you wish to join

3)    Then click on the league

4)    Then click on the desired team you wish to join

5)    On the left hand side column, click on join team

6)    Make sure you agree to all the terms.

7)    A message will be sent to team captain who can accept/decline your admission to the team.

If you wish to join other sports that the team you are a member of participates in, you must continue the steps above for EVERY SPORT and EVERY LEAGUE

At the league level and division level there is a button called "sign up as a free agent", Fill out the information and send a request.  You will be contact by a captain once a team needs a fulfillment. 

IM leagues will allow you to see your schedule for your games, help you communicate with other people on your team as well as get a response to any intramural announcements that UT may have.  IM leagues also display’s the weather, and other great features.  It is very user-friendly.

Anyone can request to be on a team, however all team members must go through the captain in order to be put on the actual roster.

You can request to be a member for more then one team, but remember that the Intramural program for the University of Toledo only allows you to be a member of one team, per league, per division.

The schedule of your games should be posted on your home page.

Any nights that you will not be able to play should be given to your captain prior to the end of registration.  The captain is then responsible for putting the unavailable days/times of his/her team in the team description box.
