o Challenge Ladders will consist of a five week regular season in which each participant must complete a minimum of three matches. After the regular season all participants who have met the minimum game requirement will be placed in a single elimination bracket.
o All participants/pairings will be ranked according to the order of registration; however, bracket seedings will be based on final standings.
o Payment must be completed upon the completion of registration. Teams who do not complete payment risk their team being swept from their chosen division. Unpaid teams are subject to being dropped on the next business day at 10am.
o Online payments must be completed using the IM-RecOnline page. Under the ‘Browse for Courses’ sidebar, select ‘Intramural Sports’, next click ‘Show Courses’ for the appropriate sport. Finally, click ‘Add to Cart’ for the appropriate division and follow the payment instruction prompts. *Please be aware that your IM-RecOnline login and password are different from your IMLeagues login and password.*
o Payment is also accepted through the IM-Rec Sports Business Office located on the second floor of the Aquatics and Fitness Center. Payments can be taken in person or over the phone (434-924-3791) during regular business hours (M-F 8:30am-5:30pm).
o Captains will serve as the contact person between teams and the Intramural Sports Office, please ensure your listed e-mail address and phone number are correct.
o It is the Captain’s responsibility to be familiar with the Captain’s Guide and individual Sport’s Rules. The Captain’s Guide and Sport Rules may be found in the Handbooks/Manuals tab under the Sport Icon on the Sport-Specific home page.
