The HSC Fitness Center features a 5000 sq. ft. fitness area consisting of a complete line of cardiovascular machines including treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes, elliptical trainers and stairclimbers as well as free weights, selectorized strength machines, battle rope trainers and a boxing machine. A small group fitness studio is on site with classes offered around noon and after work and available outside scheduled group fitness class times. The fitness center also contains locker rooms with individual showers with free towel and lock rental.
