Where Recreation, Exercise, and Community happens at NOBTS.The Rec is a multi-purpose facility that offers a variety of opportunities for physical activity at many different levels. Whether you are a lifting weights for exercise, want to enjoy some time on the basketball court, play a little air hockey, or take a dip in the pool, the recreation center is a great place to hang out with friends and family.

Cypress Park is located right next to the pool. At this park we will be playing wiffle ball, kick ball, and other sports that will fit in the beautiful space with bushes, cypress tress (hence the name), and the beautiful brick dorm buildings behind us. There is not a better place to play with so much sweet scenery.

The community park has an outdoor fitness park around the walking/running trail. The walking/running trail is 1/4 mile. There is also a playground, a pavillion, a sand volleyball court, an outdoor basketball court, and an open field. Parties, practices, games, and fun all happen at Sunshine park surrounded by Lipsey, Dement, Crutcher, and Willingham apartments.

The field in the back of campus. It is where the REC hosts all field events. Such events include flag football, ultimate frisbee, soccer, and more.
