How do I create a team?

To create a team you must first purchase an Intramural Membership on recweb.uoregon.edu. Once you have purchased the membership you have the privlidges to create or join a team. Proceed to IMLeagues from recweb.uoregon.edy. After you log in to IMLeagues click the  'University of Oregon' button at the top of your page to go to the homepage. Here will be listed all of the league sports and special events for the entire term. Find the sport/activity you'd like to participate in and click on the icon.

Next it will outline all of the important information for that sport/activity. Next you will select which league you'd like to enter in that sport (men's, women's, coed, etc). Click on the league and then on the next page you'll have the opportunity to either "create a team" or if a team is already made, find it and then click "join team" next to the desired team.  If you don't have a team, attend the Captain's Meeting to meet other free agents or be picked up by a team. You can also email ademl@uoregon.edu to join the free agent list.

When creating the team you will be required to take the quiz, select a team name, agree to the waiver, etc. After the team is created start inviting players through your captain toolbar.

If this is a league sport you must attend the mandatory captain's meeting. Only one representative (preferably the captain) needs to attend this meeting. At the meeting you will learn all the important information for being in the league. You can register a team for a league sport starting the first day of each term, spots are first come firs serve for the specific times.

If this is a special event you can register and pay anytime after the first day of classes until the deadline. Purchase the intramural membership to have access for registration.

What is the deadline for players to register on a team and be eligible to play?

Players must be added on to the roster by 8:00am the day of their game. If their game is on a Sunday, players must be added on to the roster by 8:00am Friday before the Sunday game. Players who join the roster late will not be on the scoresheet and will NOT be allowed to play. There is a deadline each term that outlines the Last Day to Add. Players can add to rosters up until the date listed for each sport. Once that deadline passes, players can only be added with special consent from the Intramural Sports office.

If I am the captain, how do I know whether or not a player has been successfully added to my roster?

Joining players to your roster is easy. Captains send players an invitation through imleagues. Players must create an account in imleagues AND join the team. Once they accept the captain's request (or send a request of their own) the captain must accept them on to the team. This way captains can manage who is allowed on to the team roster which is important since captains are responsible for only allowing eligible players to play. Once accepted, players will show up on the Team Roster online. If they do not show up on your online Team Roster, they will not show up on the scoresheet and will not be able to play. Come to the Intramural Office to rectify the problem before game time.
