The Recreation Center is open 7 days a week for students, faculty, staff and alumni.  Activity areas include: a gymnasium with three full-sized courts that may be used for basketball and volleyball; four racquetball/handball courts (one equipped for  wallyball);  a weight room equipped with Body Master, Cybex and Paramount machines, Gravitron and free weights; afitness room with Lifecycles, Concept II rowers, Stair Climbers, Elliptical Cross Trainers, Treadmills, and a Cardio Theater entertainment system;  a multipurpose room with  dance  mirrors, heavy bag, speed bag, exercise mats, BOSU and stability balls; a lobby with shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, and ping pong tables; two fully equipped locker rooms with showers, saunas, whirlpools and lockers available for rent or daily use.  The Rec Center also contains a fully equipped control desk/sport shop which will enable you to check out, rent and/or purchase sports equipment and supplies.
