Scholar's Plaza

    Thursday, September 15 will be the start of a weekly Thursday fitness class held at NVC Scholar Plaza.  Libby Westphal will be teaching the class each week. She will be rotating between three different classes:
     
    Insanity - max interval body weight training -- explosive, strength and core work done in intervals. 
     
    Tabata - cardio & resistance training using body weight and various resistance bands & gliders to sculpt and change your body. 
     
    BodyWeightStrength & Stretch - Yoga & Pilates inspired moves sped up a bit that challenge and change your body. 
     
    The class will be every Thursday at 5pm and last one hour. Each week, the class will be in Room 134 on the first floor. The class has a max of 30 participants. 
     
    You will need to sign up for the class using imleagues.com. If you are a first time user, you will need to register with your SU email. After registering or logging in, click on the fitness tab and it will display the week's calendar. Look for "Scholar Plaza Fitness Class" and click the green sign up button.
